Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas of Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. While the service was pretty responsive, we did experience some hiccups with the Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a good value for the price, but the busy intersection made getting in and out a bit tricky at times.
I found this hotel to be a decent option for our travels between Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi issues and the awkward location with busy traffic made it a bit inconvenient at times. The proximity to restaurants and the Centennial Trail was a nice bonus, but be cautious of the busy intersection when trying to access the hotel.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, thanks to the amazing staff and pleasant facilities. Mike, in particular, went above and beyond to help us when our car battery died, which truly made our visit special. The only downside was the slightly worn bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, it’s a great value for a family trip, especially with the delicious dining options available.
The hotel has great potential with clean and comfortable rooms, but my experience was somewhat marred by a loud group of guests associated with the owner. Despite the ongoing renovations which might promise a better stay in the future, the attention to guests could use improvement. However, the pool was enjoyable and dining options were quite convenient.
The hotel's location is great, making it easy to access local stores and the freeway. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated their efforts, especially from Mike who helped with my car. However, my experience was marred by an annoying housekeeping situation that disrupted my mornings. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, but there were some inconveniences that may make me reconsider for the future.
